How to Use: Create Quizzes

Edventure allows tutors to create versatile quizzes to assess student understanding, offering both broad accessibility and class-specific assignments.

• Access Quiz Creation:
  • Log in to your tutor account and navigate to your Tutor Dashboard.
  • Click on the "Create Quiz" button to begin.
• Choose Quiz Type:
  • Public Quizzes: These quizzes are visible to every student on the platform, regardless of whether they are enrolled in your classes. Ideal for general assessments or promotional content.
  • Class-wise Quizzes: These quizzes are published specifically for students enrolled in a class you have created. This allows for targeted assessments relevant to your course curriculum.
• Define Quiz Details:
  • Quiz Title: Give your quiz a clear and descriptive title.
  • Associated Class (for Class-wise quizzes): Select the specific class this quiz is for.
  • Instructions: Provide any necessary instructions for students before they begin the quiz.
  • Passing Score: Define the minimum score required to pass the quiz.
• Add Question Types: Edventure supports three types of questions:
  • Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ):
    • Enter your question and provide multiple answer choices.
    • Mark the correct answer.
    • Automatic Correction: MCQs can be automatically corrected by the system, providing instant feedback to students.
  • Short Answer Questions:
    • Pose a question that requires a concise, textual answer.
    • Manual Review Required: These questions require you, the tutor, to manually review the submitted answers.
  • Long Answer Questions:
    • Ask questions that require detailed, elaborate responses.
    • Manual Review Required: Similar to short answer questions, these also require manual review and grading by the tutor.
• Review and Finalize Submissions:
  • If your quiz includes Short Answer or Long Answer questions, you will need to manually check the submitted quizzes.
  • Navigate to the "Quiz Review" section on your dashboard to access student submissions.
  • Review each answer, assign marks, and indicate whether the answer is correct or not.
  • Finalize the marks for the quiz.
• Publish Your Quiz: Once you've added all questions and configured the settings, publish your quiz. It will then be available to students based on the quiz type you selected.

This flexible quiz creation system allows you to create comprehensive assessments that cater to different learning objectives and evaluation needs.
