How to Use: Notice & Notification Feature

Edventure's notice and notification system empowers tutors to disseminate information and resources efficiently, ensuring your students stay informed and supported.

• Access Notification Center:
  • Log in to your tutor account.
  • Headover to "Notifications" section.
• Create a New Notice/Notification:
  • Click on the option to create a new notice or announcement.
  • You will be prompted to enter the content of your message or upload resources.
• Target Your Audience: Edventure offers flexible options for who receives your notices:
  • Individual Student: Send a private notice or resource to a specific student. Ideal for personalized feedback, assignment details, or private announcements.
  • Class-wise: Distribute notices or resources to all students enrolled in a particular class. Perfect for class cancellations, homework assignments, or sharing supplementary materials relevant to that course.
  • All Students: Send a general announcement to all students connected to your profile on the platform. Useful for holiday greetings, general updates, or promoting new classes.
• Share Resources: Beyond text announcements, you can also attach files, links, or other digital resources to your notices, making it easy to share study materials, external articles, or video links.
• Real-time Delivery: Notices are delivered in real-time, ensuring students receive important information promptly. Students will typically see these notifications on their dashboards or through in-app alerts.
• Record Keeping: The system maintains a record of all notices sent, allowing you to review past communications.
