How to Use: Student Management

Edventure provides tutors with robust tools to manage their students effectively on a class-by-class basis. This ensures you have full control over your class rosters and student participation.

• Access Student Management:
  • Log in to your tutor account and navigate to your Tutor Dashboard.
  • Head over to enrollments to manage class enrollments and head over to students section to manage students
• Class-wise Student Records:
  • For each of your created classes, you will find a detailed record of all enrolled students.
  • This record includes their essential details, making it easy to keep track of your class participants.
• Manage Enrollments:
  • Accept/Reject Enrollment: When a student attempts to enroll in your class (especially for paid classes where payment verification is pending), you will have the option to accept or reject their enrollment. This gives you control over who joins your class.
  • View Receipts: For paid classes, you can view the payment receipts uploaded by students directly from the enrollment management section. This is crucial for verifying payments before accepting enrollment.
• Student Status Control: You have the ability to manage student access and participation within your classes:
  • Remove Student: You can remove a student from a class if necessary.
  • Block Student: If a student is causing issues or violating terms, you can block them from enrolling in any of your future classes.
  • Hold Student: This option allows you to temporarily suspend a student's access to a class, perhaps due to pending payments or other administrative reasons.
• Communication: While managing students, you can also initiate communication with them directly through the platform, facilitating smooth class operations.
